Aid bleaching enzyme

Overview

Aid bleaching enzyme GR-M207 is an enzyme used for pulp bio-enzyme assisting bleaching, which can selectively degrade linkages between lignin and carbohydrate, to increase infiltration capacity of used bleaching agents during subsequent bleaching process, meeting the effects of improve bleaching efficiency, and reduce dosage of bleaching.

  1. The product can be used at a wide range PH value of 4.5-9.0 and temperature of 30-70°C.
  2. The product can be used for kraft pulp, sulfite pulp, reed pulp, wheat straw pulp, bamboo pulp and so on.

Action mechanism

  • Support bleaching enzyme can degrade xylan adsorbed and deposited on fiber surface during cooking process, to make bleaching agents more easily to approach residual lignin.
  • Support bleaching enzyme affect on xylan in pulp fibers in the meantime, which loosen the fiber cytoderm structure.
  • Support bleaching enzyme degrade hemicellulose connected with residual lignin of pulp, destroy structure of lignin carbohydrate (LCC), enlarge hole between fibers.

Product advantages

  • Hydrolysis xylans deposited on fiber surface during cooking process, increase penetrability of soup which is helpful to digest lignin in bleaching process.
  • Reduce more than 10% dosage of chlorine、chlorine and other bleaching agents with chlorine.
  • Reduce effluent pollution load, effectively decrease more than 15% content of waste water AOX.
  • Improve bleachability of pulp absolutely, increase whiteness index of pulp, reduce fiber loss during strong oxidant bleaching process.
  • Save more than 10% bleaching composite costs.

Note

  • Specific dosage of the product depends on pulp kinds, technological process, temperature, PH value and other conditions.
  • Control temperature and PH at a suitable range during use, otherwise enzyme activity may be reduced more substantially.
  • Unnecessary contact with product should be avoided, wash hands with warm water after use. Avoid direct inhalation, sealed timely after use.

Storage and packaging

Stored in a cool, dry place, the reduction of its activity will be no more than 10% if stored at 5-20℃. The product can not be frozen. The standard packaging is 20kgs/drum, and specific packaging can based on user requirements.
